From the very start of the process, which can normally be the worse bit. The Eden rep was very pleasant and professional, he came in did his pitch and gave us a good price, we obviously had a little haggle, but it was all light hearted and we eventually agreed on a price I was happy with. We had been visited by a couple of other reps during this process and they were far more pushy and in the case of Safestyle, damn rude! Top marks for Eden though.



During the ordering and manufacturing stage, we were always kept informed as to what was happening, what (if anything) we needed to do and the whole process was very smooth and easy.

Installation... best guys ever! So polite and professional, they clearly had a lot of experience and it showed! The finished product was of high quality and this was complimented by them being installed brilliantly! Very clean and tidy, I have nothing but praise for these guys, they are an asset to Eden.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Eden to anyone, don't go with the big national guys who don't really care about you, stick local and go with Eden, they really care about their work, you will not regret it!

Professional and smooth process, replacing 16 year old front door with a Solidor.

We have just invested in a new Solidor front door through Eden Windows. Professional experience from original visit/quote through to fitting, with no pushy sales techniques. :-)

This feedback relates to the windows and shutters we purchased from Eden. Some of the windows arrived with a different spec to what was ordered. Patterned glass was delivered for the top sections. We had not asked for this and indeed the order form that went to the factory did not specify this. We then had to wait a number of weeks before the correct glass was delivered. The Shutters took 8 weeks to arrive. After inspection the fitters realised there would be a problem fitting them into the window reveals. Basically they did not fit and it appeared that the survey had resulted in incorrect measurements. Bearing in mind children' bedrooms were involved, curtain poles and curtains then had to be refitted to allow time for the surveyor and Eden management to decide on a way forward. The fitters kindly refitted the poles for us. Surveyor came back to check and managed to find a way forward involving a "picture framing" solution. Fitters returned 2 weeks later and all went well. Fitters were excellent. Communication between them and surveyor was poor. Even when they arrived the 2nd time to do the shutters they had not been briefed on what the solution was! Product is good. Compensation for inconvenience caused was a paltry £100. On an order of £9000 I found this to be an insult.

Thank you, showroom was relaxed with no pressure. Communication throughout was good. Fitters punctual and worked tidily.

Very efficient, fast and clean installation.

I have just had a new Solidor kitchen door fitted along with a new triple glazed kitchen window. The installed products are of excellent quality and aesthetically very pleasing. They were professionally installed and look fantastic; I now want the remaining old, poor quality UPVC windows that I inherited when I bought my new home updated with the same products.

Additionally, the initial salesman (Mel?) was polite and helpful without being at all pushy (Unfortunately I have had several poor experiences of pushy double glazing salesmen over the years...).

Based on my experience I would be pleased to reccomend Eden Windows to anyone thinking about such an investment in their home.

Excellent. Pulled out all the stops when we had problems installing our bi-fold doors due to circumstances beyond their control. They still managed to do the work in time so we could proceed with our kitchen fit. The doors look great and the guys on site were polite, clean and very professional. We have now appointed them to build our conservatory.
