Although covid did prolong order to installation time, it was 2 weeks after the allotted date as the glass went missing.

Eden Windows replaced my old front door a week ago and I was delighted with both the door itself and with the service I received beforehand. The team was helpful and courteous at all times and gave good advice over choosing the right product. The fitter did a great job, and my new door looks fantastic!

I recently had cause to contact Eden Windows with regard to a problem with my Orangery. My enquiry was responded to within a couple of hours and an appointment booked for the following week to address the issue. I can honestly say that their after care is second to none.

Dismayed that broken glass and various other bits left inside and outside the porch from when they took our the old windows and door.

Had to cancel installation because of lockdown but kept in touch and rescheduled once lockdown eased.
