Yes because the product is good but the company were very poor dealing with poor workmanship on windows delivered. Blame was put on manufacturer for poor quality of external look, but as this was only obvious after fitting, they were not prepared to remove and replace. We were left with no option and were not offered and discount due to the issues.

Work should have been completed in 2 days, took 2 weeks! Wrong measurement to sun room window, sub standard work by one crew rectified by another crew, mastic left off in places. Need to get better!!

Marketing and installations staff were very pleasant to work with. However the installed door was unsatisfactory. The installer pointed out that the beading was not good enough and arranged for the manufacturer's representative to come. He turned up from Yorkshire one morning without warning - and was lucky to find us at home. He was very pleasant, and pointed out two faults in the installation in addition to the beading problem he had come to fix. He fixed these, but the door still does not seal well against the frame and we may have to contact AHI again.
