    Came early and that was inconvenient due to my husbands health issues. It was quickly rectified. Also my cat flap was not fitted. But all round lovely people.

    We have used 5* windows before and always received...

    We have used 5* windows before and always received good service. Ross on the sales team is really engaging and listens which makes the whole process a lot more relaxing. We had an issue with our patio door (mark inside the glass) which was not picked up during installation. Once we mentioned this the pane was replaced without issue. 5* are a very professional service with great staff.
