Mostly pleased with everything, however we noticed the old windows were left on the drive. We didn't notice this until the fitter had left. We called the office who said they would get the old windows collected the following day, they did not collect. We then disposed of them ourselves. We also had two scratches on the new front door that have now been coloured in. This was done quickly and so far the 'repair' is looking ok although a bit of a disappointment on a new door. The fitter was great and took pride in his work, I think leaving the old windows was just a slip of the mind, it was late in the day when he finished and zero degrees all day.

Had a composite door fitted. Really pleased with the product & the whole proceedings from purchasing to installation. Certainly a "5 Star" service.
