Great service but some defects with the frame and glazing. Very good service in getting the issues resolved to our satisfaction. Good aftercare.

Excellent workmanship. Nice and friendly to deal with as a whole. The only problems we had were poor communication between office & installation staff, causing more than a few problems & delays.
Overall a very good professional job, therefore we have ordered further work to be done in the new year.

Excellent service overall despite the first installation date being met, then on the next arranged date no one turned up to install it. Third time lucky it was finally installed

The first fitter made a mistake, came back and still didn't fix it. Third time came out and he was brilliant, and fixed the door. Very happy now.
