This is the second window we've had fitted by 5 Star, a bit more complicated than the first. They carried out a very neat job and carefully avoided any damage to the tiles on the inside. They fitted extra trim on the outside to provide a perfect finish. The fitters involved me in the exact final placement of the window w.r.t. to the sill. We're very happy with the result.

From the sales rep to final completion date 5 Star were fantastic with advice, ideas and would listen to our requirement during the construction of our Orangery and Windows. All the trades people they used were polite tidy and professional at all times
Nothing was too much for them to explain to you what they were doing and why.
I would definitely recommend 5 Star to any of my friends and family,in fact I already have.
Thankyou 5 Star for a pleasant and easy build.

From the moment we decided to embark on new windows a quick visit & chat with 5 Star Windows & Conservatories made our decision to go with them, without even thinking about shopping around. The showroom staff were great, the products exceptional & upon the day of fitting all our positive thoughts were confirmed. The fitting team were prompt, professional & genuinely nice guys that I had no reservations about letting them work in my home. I was that impressed after they left & I realised I didn't even have to clean after them, I made a point of going back to the showroom just to tell them my positive thoughts about my experience. If you want a quality product, exceptional service & great value you need look no further than 5 Star, which is my rating of them too.

Very pleased with results.
My old patio door was replaced by fresh doors and an opening side window which was important to me.
A specially commissioned round window was also made and proves to be a great improvement on the old single glazed unit. I have not experienced any condensation since on this window, and the cloakroom feels much warmer.
