We are really pleased with our finished...
We are really pleased with our finished conservatory but unfortunately there were a number of issues that arose during the installation which were poorly managed. Only one stage check was made during the whole build process which meant that we had to check the conservatory for any issues and bring these to the attention of the company. When issues were raised with the company communication of how they would be resolved was not always good. So whilst we are really pleased with our conservatory we don't feel that we could recommend the company.

The guys that came (Fitting team 8) were great....
The guys that came (Fitting team 8) were great. Fast, friendly & went extra mile to make job even better. My neighbour wants to replace thei conservatory and will recommend.

The main reason we have chosen 5 Star because...
The main reason we have chosen 5 Star because there was no “ pressure sales “ when visiting the showroom and at the initial home visit by Mark the sales representative and the price was competitive.
The grand workers (Richard and his colleague) were polite and did a thorough job.
The installers were very competent and happy to accommodate our special request, i.e. changing and fitting different size of dog flaps.
In overall the full experience with this company was very pleasant and definitely lived up to their name 5 STAR.

The staff at 5 star were helpful from the begging...
The staff at 5 star were helpful from the begging of the process to installation. They spent time with me answering any questions and kept me informed all the time. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future.
The men who installed my window and door were lovely and did an excellent job and left my property clean and tidy.
