    New bay window with fibreglass roofing. Had to get...

    New bay window with fibreglass roofing. Had to get installers back to cut flashing into stonework. This they readily agreed to do no quibble. Excellent product and very good service overall.

    Nice quality, sales team good. Installers let product down. Late both days, untidy, had to get someone back to adjust door and repair scratches to frames.

    Product good but a number of issues on the way...

    Product good but a number of issues on the way largely due to poor organisation which seems to revolve around the needs of your company rather than the needs of the customer. These issues have been registered already. Mark Platt is an asset for your company. 2 things still outstanding: Waiting for the correct hinges to be fitted to the front door Has the introduce a friend £50 payment been made to Debbie Holt?

    We have used 5* windows before and always received...

    We have used 5* windows before and always received good service. Ross on the sales team is really engaging and listens which makes the whole process a lot more relaxing. We had an issue with our patio door (mark inside the glass) which was not picked up during installation. Once we mentioned this the pane was replaced without issue. 5* are a very professional service with great staff.

    The replacement windows and doors went ahead...

    The replacement windows and doors went ahead proficiently and quickly with the end results very satisfactory. After several requests, I am still awaiting a quotation for additional cladding on gables.
