Very impressed with the whole service. We were reccomended the company through a colleague and were delighted with the finished process. Ross who came to visit us and assist us with the design was extremely helpful, and was not pushy at all when pricing up the project, which was really refreshing to see! Phone calls to the office were answered and staff very friendly- we mainly dealt with Trina who was excellent at keeping us up to date and answering any queries we had. The two builders who came to fit the project worked through terrible weather (minus 2 and snow!) and didn’t complain once! Both extremely friendly and fitted the door, panels and window to a really high standard! Thank you all once again, we have now reccomended to a friend in powick we were that pleased!

All staff were a joy to deal with, installation date was not as soon as we had hoped ( after snow). Installers worked like Trojans to get water tight in one day. Snagging took a while to organise. Tilt and turn window did not fold back as ordered. a few bits missing initially but everything got sorted. Love it, made a big difference to temp.

Everything about this project went smoothly - everyone I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable about their products and how these would best fit my requirements. The installation went very smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the end result!

After the survey the communication was not great and I had to follow it up with phone calls.

Excellent I will be happy to reccomend 5 star.
