    We had problems with incorrect beeding supplied...

    We had problems with incorrect beeding supplied which resulted in 5-week delay. Not much altered by way of apology and no compensation. Installers did not check window thoroughly, and did not oil runners or clean windows. There was a gap which was eventually corrected, but only after persistence on my part.

    I had 5 windows and one door installed The workmen worked without disrupting the family. They were polite and finished the installation in less time than originally suggested. They cleaned up and made sure everything was fitted and worked correctly

    A bit of confusion over the specification when the...

    A bit of confusion over the specification when the work was being done. In particular we had opted to use another firm to do the flooring. We weren't made aware (or at least dis not pick up) that that meant 5* wouldn't fit skirting boards. Not a big deal and sorted out amicably. All in all a high quality product delivered and fitted to a high standard by some very nice people.
