    This is second time using 5 star, definitely after...

    This is second time using 5 star, definitely after first experience would have recommended but after second occasion definitely not due to appaling after sale customer service and no acknowledgement from managing director after complaining about this matter.

    Installation process would benefit from regular...

    Installation process would benefit from regular quality control. Pre-installation could benefit from quality control on products before leaving warehouse.

    The whole process from start to finish was easy,...

    The whole process from start to finish was easy, well-explained and good value for money. On installation of our front door, the workmen were unable to reattach our alarm system to the new door, but 5* happily refunded the cost of our electrician to rectify this. We have been extremely pleased with the door since we have had it.

    Product was excellent. But overall service let 5 Star down. Customer service was poor only when the manger got involved did we get satisfaction.

    Mike the sales manager was very helpful and not pushy. Eamon and Tyler were first class fitters, very friendly and professional. Office back up staff very helpful and responsive. Would recommend 5 Star to others.
