The only complaint is the lack of pre paid...
The only complaint is the lack of pre paid addressed envelopes to return such things as guarantees paperwork etc. This detracts from an otherwise excellent service.

From initial contact through to completion the...
From initial contact through to completion the whole process was smooth and trouble free. Everyone arrived on time for each visit sales, survey and fitters. The fitters were excellent. Very pleasant they did an excellent job and when finished there was not a bit of mess to be seen. We are really very pleased. Would certainly recommend this company.

There was an unavoidable delay due to the 'lockdown'. However as soon as it was lifted our installation was completed and it was well worth waiting for.

After paying for 2 doors from another company and...
After paying for 2 doors from another company and then receiving many unresolved issues with them It's been lovely to have my windows replaced in such an effortless manner. I was able to leave the key and return to a finished very good job.
