The fitters worked solid each day from Tuesday to Friday with no breaks. They both are a great asset to your company and as such should be rewarded accordingly.

I was given good sales advice before choosing the right type of conservatory roof materials, at the budget that I had agreed to, and their price promise was indeed honoured within the 90 day price hold period following the issue of the quotation letter.

There was a delay before installation, but not an unreasonable one under the current uncertain economic circumstances, and an installation programme was agreed, this did in fact change but not massively, you need to allow 1-2 weeks from start date to completion.

The contractors carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner, my only recommendation would be to ask 5 Star to ensure contractors advise you by text / phone call of their approximate arrival time in advance, so you can ensure you are at home.

Overall, I would recommend 5 Star as a reputable company, and I am pleased with the new construction in my home.

We ordered a new front door and 2 windows and when it came to the installation, we were informed by the fitter that one of the frames was missing. Despite making numerous calls to the company, no update was forthcoming or more importantly, no apology. The emphasis was firmly on our part to find out what progress, if any, was being made. After 3 weeks and a visit to the store to enquire what was happening, an emergency order was made to replace the missing frame. The replacement frame was fitted and we were informed by the fitter that the original frame had appeared - no one at the company informed us of this, just the fitter. Whilst the work has been carried out to a reasonable standard, the customer service seems sadly lacking.

I had used 5 Star Windows previously and was impressed with the service so, when I needed a new front door, I obtained a quotation. The Designer was very thorough in his approach and gave plenty of information for me to make an informed decision. The Surveyor was equally diligent and keen to ensure I understood each option and feature chosen. The day of installation came around quicker than expected and it was completed without a hitch; our fitter made sure every detail was attended to and a very high standard of finish was achieved.
Having used 5 Star Windows before, and recommended them to neighbours, I would have no hesitation in doing so again.

5 Star have just finished our build (November 2021) and we are delighted with the Conservatory. Feel its right to mention that the 5 Star tradesman were very easy to work alongside and delivered quality excellence. Although our holidays clashed with the final fitting schedule we were all able to set a timed plan that was executed perfectly. The sales process was trouble free and the fact that different design options could be superimposed on to our TV screen was massively useful in establishing the favoured design v cost options.

The services was excellent and the windows and doors are even better. The staff that installed them were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend 5 star windows 

From the initial quote to the final installation, communication was very good. During the quote we were given lots of options and everything was explained well. The door looked exactly as we had imagined, if not better. A very well built, good looking back door. The fitter was pleasant and tidy. Only downside was that there was a piece missing from the hinge and the fitter did not spot this, but this was sent out in the post quickly and easily fitted by myself. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used 5 Star Windows and in the intervening 12 years the same standards of quality, service and aftercare are clearly still in place.
The replacing of two exterior wooden doors on my garage and office extension and one rotten wooden window in the garage with new 5 Star products went smoothly and I'm delighted with the result.
The installation of the cladding on the roof of the garage and office provided more challenges but I was thoroughly involved in the discussions of how to proceed and the installation team were careful to ensure I would be happy with the end result. They were polite to my elderly neighbour when they needed to be on his property and cleaned up every scrap of rubbish.
I have deducted one star only becuase the cladding installation was tricky, combining a single brick garage wall with a double brick office extension and a stepped roofline, and I feel more communication between the site surveyor, myself and the installation team would have been better before work commenced.
This does not detract from the end result though and I am delighted with the finish and security I now have for my outbuildings.

Installation service excellent and we have had previously a conservatory, windows and now guttering and drainage installed by 5-star so pleased with the work carried out.
 Only slight issue on this one we did not know when the fitters were coming to erect scaffolding and to carry out the work. In fairness this was not essential as everything was outside so work could progress but would have been helpful.

Recently 5 Star windows supplied and fitted three exterior doors at a reasonable cost. All three doors were fitted in one day to a high standard by a fitter and his assistant. Everything about the process was explained to me and when the fitters departed they left everywhere clean and tidy. The doors are of excellent quality and are fitted with top of the range locks.

I am very pleased with the results and recommend 5 Star Windows to anyone.

We needed a new back door after ours was in a poor state, we tried 5 star windows since a showroom was nearby and the service was friendly and quick. The door was installed quickly and to a high standard and we are very happy with the result. I know who to see when we need any other work done from now on.
