Fitters were friendly and efficient replacing a large bay window and front door, a small wall was also removed from our front porch to accommodate a larger window all with no fuss, the site was left clean and tidy, a great job done

Had to replace an old blown double-glazed unit in 1st floor room.
Rep visited and measured up, discussed requirements. I found him very knowledgeable and he was very good at explaining the option in some detail (which I wanted).
I had been considering triple-glazed, and in the end when for premium quality double glazed - it was lower cost and almost the same insulation properties as triple.
The window was installed about 5 weeks after the order was placed. The installation guys were excellent - window was fitted perfectly in 2-3 hours, with most of the work being done from the inside. Great workmanship and very tidy - including removal/disposal of the old window.
The new window has been in place for a few weeks now, I'm very happy with it, there's a noticeable noise reduction and there seems to be more light in the room too.
Would definitely use 5 star again.

Friendly & efficient fitters. Coped with a bay window replacement, overcoming an unexpected problem with the lead capping from the previous installation. Took away old fitments & left the site clean.

We had 5 Star replace a dated UPVC conservatory with a very modern looking Orangery and they did an excellent job from start to finish from both a build and administration perspective. Thoroughly recommend them.

A professional company from the visit of the initial representative, followed by the surveyor. The backroom staff for keeping us up to date with the delivery schedule which happened far sooner than we anticipated. The fitter was on time, he was very polite and friendly, extremely tidy and completed a very satisfactory installation. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have recently had to get two upstairs windows replaced that was causing mould and drafts, 5 star went trough our options clearly and explained the workings of the windows we chose, was expecting our windows to be done in June but we are in April and they have managed to get them out and fitted already, very happy with the quality, we could only afford the upstairs two but will definitely be having 5 star out when we decide to get some more changed, thank you
