Window and door were fitted a month ago ,had a slight problem with door and was responded to the next day with a promise of rectification after the Christmas period was over. The product was of a good specification and the fitting team were polite, friendly and asked my opinion at regular intervals. Overall the company was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows and doors. I will be placing another order in the new year for further work on my property.

Every stage of my front door replacement from quotation to completion could not be bettered. I could not be more pleased with the finished article.

From their sales team through to their fitters everyone we came into contact with was very professional and did an excellent job.

Competitive quotation received. Quality windows installed quickly, and window repairs carried out professionally with no issues Will definitely use 5 Star again in the future

Showroom staff very attentive and practical. Salesmen and surveyor were informative and helpful.
Fitters arrived on time and were very efficient and cleared everything up after work was finished.
The product itself was exactly as we expected so we were very happy with the result.

Great work, very happy

This was one replacement lounge window in a maisonette. It was no problem for the installation team to bring new window parts up the stairs, to the first floor of the building. It took just two hours to remove the old window and replace it. All rubbish, including the old window, was taken away easily. The work was done from the inside of the building. I am very pleased with the attractive new window, which was to my chosen design. I have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Windows to anyone considering window replacement.

We are very pleased with our new conservatory and sliding patio door. Throughout the process from design to construction all of the staff have been helpful, polite and kept us fully informed. Start and completion dates were achieved. Workers were tidy and caused little disruption.
Based on our experience we would not hesitate in recommending 5 Star Windows & Conservatories

From the moment we visited their showroom in Worcester to the delivery of the guarantee after our new door had been fitted, it was a pleasure dealing with 5-Star Windows and Conservatories.

The sales/ admin staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient, as was the fitter, who did a thoroughly professional job.

I have no hesitation in recommended 5-Star to others.
