This was one replacement lounge window in a maisonette. It was no problem for the installation team to bring new window parts up the stairs, to the first floor of the building. It took just two hours to remove the old window and replace it. All rubbish, including the old window, was taken away easily. The work was done from the inside of the building. I am very pleased with the attractive new window, which was to my chosen design. I have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Windows to anyone considering window replacement.

We have recently had our conservatory roof and windows rebuilt after tree damage. It's a very odd shape but didn't prove a problem to 5 Star. We were kept updated as to when the work would start and the lads that came were here for 2 days fitting and finishing. Very good experience with 5 Star Windows starting with the sales rep who was friendly, not pushy, and gave helpful advice and a more competitive quote than other companies we dealt with. The fitter who installed the front door did a professional job, taking his time to make sure he was happy. Nice to get a follow-up call from the managing director to check we were happy and reminding us to return the 20-year guarantee. Would recommend.

The roof with two big glass windows made the conservatory looks brighter and flood the space with natural light, the uPVC structure is nice also can keep home warm.

From quoting to fitting a professional and cheerful service from all involved. Love the new look windows which now blend in with the colour of our brickwork and make our dormer bungalow look pretty and updated. Attention to detail and fitting by the trade team including sorting out any minor fitting issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Phase two of our upgrade will be due to start soon and we will definitely be using 5 Star and their trade team to finish our home.

We had a door previously supplied by 5star and we wanted to replace another doors situated nearby and to match the existing door.  5star took every care to match it.  They arrived on time, installed the door and cleared up everything and took the old door away.  Excellent service.  Would only use 5star now.
