I phoned up 5 star windows with an enquiry about replacing my front door. Within a week a salesman came and gave me a quote. The surveyor came and talk the measurements and within a month l had a new front door.
They came when they said they would and did a first class job. Would definitely recommend them again myself.
There was a slight problem with the door lock but they rectified that very quickly. Thank you.
They certainly live up to there name.

We were very pleased with the quality of all work completed on our replacement glass conservatory roof. We were disappointed to find at the end of the project that the interior pelmet was not painted leaning the project for us to finish. I had expected a painted product as shown on all the pictures/models. Every other aspect of the project was completed to a high standard and the trades people were all very professional.
We did go back to our salesman about the painting and were told we missed this in the original contract. I’m still not clear on reviewing this where, so for anyone using read the details of te contract more carefully than we did!

After the excellent installation of our conservatory and back windows, there was no hesitation when we needed to have the front of the house windows replaced (another excellent installation).  The installers also left everything very clean and tidy. You are looked after just as well in after sales as when you are looking to purchase as well, we would highly recommend this Company.  Excellent all round - Five Stars!

Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
Their original promise of 4-6 weeks fitted windows and doors became 3 months of chasing the company at the end of which they demanded a 20% increase on the original contract without any changes to the specifications.
Please also read their terms and conditions clause 3, which basically says, they can cancel your contract without any liability to them.
My personal experience is that company is a real double glazing outfit!! That you should avoid.

The service we received from our initial enquiry to final completion was excellent and very professional. Aron, the Sales Designer,  was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, visiting us on three occasions. The sales staff in the showroom in Worcester were also helpful and remembered our names on the three visits we made, whilst  Gareth, Molly and Ross (a Director) in Head Office could not have more obliging. 

There was no hard sell and when we delayed both finalising the details and the final fitting of our new windows, the company could not have been more understanding and helpful.

The fitters, Tim and Tyler were very pleasant and professional and have done an excellent job.

We have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Windows to family and friends and will be using them again in the future.

Last year we chose 5 Star to replace our patio doors and were delighted with the results, so when it came to replacing the back door we went back to 5 Star. Once again the whole process was very smooth with excellent results. We now have a beautiful back door that matches our patio doors. I can’t recommend 5 Star enough.

Booked us into an earlier slot when space became available. Everyone from the initial salesman, to the customer contact staff were all helpful and the work was done in great time and to a high standard.
Very happy with the product and final finish. Would certainly use again.

Our new conservatory looks great and everyone we dealt with at 5 star was polite and professional. The installation was not without its problems from damage caused to internal decoration, incomplete finishing and a damaged window pane that needed to be replaced part of the process. 5 star were quick to remedy the majority of these issues without quarrel. Unfortunately, the installation has now left us with decorating issues that we have to resolve in the adjoining room.
