We had a previous, very positive experience with 5 Star last year when they replaced our conservatory roof and windows at the rear of our house. It was therefore a no-brainer to ask them to fit a new Tilt and Turn window at the side of our house which involved builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers. A great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use 5 Star again!

Replacement conservatory (including new base) anda set of bifolds. 
All the contractors, surveyors etc arrived when we were told they would. The work was completed on time to our satisfaction and the site was left clean and tidy.
This is the second time we have used 5* windows and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My conservatory was started in 6th April and completed on 3rd May. The builders were amazing and completed their part way before schedule! Same for the guys who carried out the glazing and roof! Cannot write this review without mentioning the person who did final clean down and picked up on a few bits he wasn’t happy with and dealt with them. The only reason I deduct a star is that I had to change my fuse box to meet current regulations but only found this out 2 days before builders were due instead of the “dead” 4 months waiting for planning permission. Not sure where blame lies for this. Anyway despite this I feel they live up to their name and deserve to be a name you can trust. Girls in the office were superb and most definitely deserve a mention - THANK YOU!! Also thanks to salesman who went to so much trouble to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and offered advice accordingly.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience - from the initial consultation to the installation itself the whole process of our new door has been really positive. Everyone we dealt with at 5 Star was friendly and knowledgeable, and they even completed the work on a faster time frame than expected. Really highly recommended!

The foundation builders arrived on time. Adrian and his lads were superb. They worked so hard on clay soil.The access to my home is not good. It’s a communal car park…not once did they complain about the distance to the skip. It was an absolute pleasure having them here.
The installers were equally brilliant. Thank you Stuart and Mark. Again, no complaints from them about the access. Both teams didn’t make any mess. The quality of the roof and frames are the highest quality I have ever seen. I would not have any reservations about recommending 5 Star. The conservatory has changed my life for the better. I really wanted my window in our new extension to be divided for only 3 sections. None of the other companies who I spoke could do this and each of them been saing impossible -we only can have window in 6 sections.
When Mr. Mole arrived I told him what I'm looking for and what is my experience with other companies. He was very determinated to help us. After few calls and consulations he found solutions with window opening inside :) ! This information was like the best early Christmas present 😉
When team arrived for instalation they been on time, very nice and polite. They did FANTASTIC job inside and outside - clean and very professional finish 👌. Window look amazing and I'm very pleased with quality of the item, knowledge and help from sales person, good communication with company and professionalism of instalation team.

Thus far, I have had a fully glazed patio door and a fully glazed side door installed. As our house is a Georgian cottage, we wanted to maintain the period Georgian features as much as possible. 5 Star Windows & Conservatories were the only company that would provide proper Georgian astrugal bars to both doors as opposed to the horrid fake looking strips that most companies install inside the glazing. The doors are extremely solid and heavy and the gold feature handles and hinges are a cut above and didn't cost any extra. I am extremely happy 5 Star. Their team is extremely professional, friendly and not pushy like other sales companies. We have an entire house full of windows to replace and will definitely be purchasing from 5 Star again.
