I recently had a new bay window fitted by 5 Star Windows, and was very pleased with it.
Their representative asked if I was considering any other work, and I mentioned I may be interested in a new porch.
Their quote was so competitive, I asked them to do the job.
As with the bay window, I am very happy with it.

Had a couple of windows replaced, new ones were perfect quality and installed neatly with minimum disruption to surrounding surfaces. I was most impressed with the installation workmanship. All the work was done quickly and everything cleared up too. Highly recommended.

A very good job completed, however, the job was scheduled for 5 days but would have been completed by 3 as the fitters only carried out a mornings work everyday. We had also requested gutter brushes, although the email conversations included it, the quote didnt. If we had known earlier we could have ordered some whilst the scaffolding was still up rather than me contending with ladders.

From the first visit from the sales staff to the actual fitting the service we recived was faultless. All staff were professional, polite and friendly. The fitters were amazing, they were friendly and so respectfully of our property. They were so tidy, and left everything clean and tidy. Cannot recommend they enough. I was lied to by the salesman to ensure I purchased product there and then. I mentioned multiple times that I work monday - friday so if I went ahead I would need weekend measurements and fitting. This was promised but they do not install at weekends. Very shady. The fitting was good and product good. Only issue was the wrong size peep hole was ordered and it took one month to fix.

After several years suffering draughts from our front door , we finally decided to replace after having a 5 star leaflet dropped off. Especially as it was sale time ,visited the showroom and decided on a beautiful door guaranteed to be draught free.
Was able to see door in situ, colours and different glass options.
Chose bi coloured door brown/ cream and the process was thorough and professional. We had regular contact as to measuring up and expected timescales for delivery and fitting.
Only small disappointment was that the supplier had issues and our fitting had to be delayed by a month.
However our new door was fitted as expected on Friday, our fitter was fantastic, professional and friendly.
We are over the moon with the result.

Very professional and quick installation. Friendly fitters ready to explain things as fitting progressed. All waste taken away and hardly a sign they had been there. Would recommend 5 Star

Maybe ok for small jobs but if you want something more substantial - check, check and recheck documentation and trust nothing! An absolute nightmare of a company. Replacement of old conservatory with something better insulated so big money involved. Still in dispute 6 months after build commenced - which was 2 months late and heading into winter time - as they came up with the wrong design following a mess up with the contract. Their fault not mine and not sent to me as it should have been so claimed I agreed to something I know damn well I didn't! Plus exterior has been left in a terrible state - an eyesore - with runs in the rendering which dripped on to the patio. Arguing over final balance and compensation. Totally shocking - and I never normally bother to write reviews... I am so hacked off with them!!

I have used 5 Star several times over the years and in two different properties. On each occasion I have received excellent service, the fitters have always been polite, friendly and very good at their jobs.

I would happily recommend 5 Star to my friends.

This was the second batch of windows we have had done and as with the first the service was excelent. From the initial sales person through the survey contacts from the officde and finally the install.
The first batch were fitted over 15 years ago and are still working perfectly.
We would recomend to all.

We ordered through 5-Star knowing they were local & knowing Ross who works there. Ross helped us tremendously throughout our purchase alongside the installation crew at the time of install. The process took longer than expected but we did order a door to be designed & built & then found it was being built over in Ireland. The wait was, now we have it, well worth it!
