We were very pleased with the service from design to installation. The fitters were skilled, courteous and responded promptly to ensure everything was complete. The booking date was scheduled about 2 months in advance and was adhered to and all work completed in the predicted timescale.

I would just like to say thank you to Steve in the Aftercare team for arranging an engineer to come out to have a look at our door so quickly. Thank you to the engineer too, the door is working perfectly now.

We have replaced most of our original windows over the last 20 years by Bon Accord Glass and had no hesitation in contacting them again to replace our bathroom and en-suite windows. When we ordered them in October 2021, we were advised that it might be March 2022 before the new windows were fitted, however they were done by the end of January. The fitters were polite and efficient and the work was completed neatly.

Lee and Ryan did a grand fitting job: meticulous, careful and honest (in pointing out defects/errors). Helped repair the reputation of this industry. But oh dear, the manufacturer, Evolution, were slow on both occasions (like 6 months) in delivering, and delivering correctly. Both times sent wrong handles and forgot window ledge end caps. Still, looks good and worth waiting for. Good office and sales contact.

We had a new window fitted by 2 very pleasant gentlemen from Bon Accord Glass. The product and the workmanship are both outstanding. Really good value for money.

After a long wait due to Covid (understandable) I’m very happy with the quality of the replacement windows, French doors & front door and a particular thank you to the fitters, Dan & John who did a thoroughly professional job. The care they took in causing as little damage as possible was greatly appreciated.clean tidy job done in timeframe given on the onset.

We contacted Bon Accord after being let down by another company, looking for a back door with cat flap installed. Bon Accord realised that we were short on time after being messed around by the other company, and worked really quickly to get quotes done. Despite the supply challenges throughout the industry they were communicative and professional throughout, giving a realistic idea of the timescale. 
We were delighted when, three months earlier than planned, they advised that installation could go ahead due to a last minute cancellation. Barry and Dougie who attended were very professional and did a quick and effective job. We are delighted and will recommend Bon Accord Glass to others. 

From the sales lady that came around to show us samples and take measurements, to admin, time-keeping, communication, workmanship and the product - what a pleasure. Everyone was helpful, keeping us in the loop. The work done done neatly and timeously. They delivered exactly what they advertise.

Sales man was not at all pushy which was a good start. Fitters were superb , did a good tidy job . Windows fitted day before the storm so got a good test !

Very pleased with the end result. The two teams worked well and had the whole house windows and doors replaced in three days. (4 bed detached house) There is very minor touching up to do to the front door and one very small mark on one window frames otherwise a great job. Would recommend Orion on price and delivery of the installation, especially during January 2022 when the weather was reasonably kind to us.

We received excellent service from the BAG Team from initial enquiry, through the sales process and finishing with the fitting of the door. Despite the difficult times BAG delivered the door ahead of the planned delivery date. The joiners were efficient, neat and tidy and explained how to maintain the locking mechanism before leaving.
Very satisfied with our composite rear door and will use the firm again
