Mr S Johnson. The Quality of the workmanship seems to be very good and the workmen were very quiet and respectful . However , we did have on two occasions people not turning up on the days they were supposed to and twice they only stayed for half a day . Their advert shows work vans with their Logo on them and men in overalls with Logos . But the people working on our job arrived in their own vans and clothing , so we wondered if this was something to do with the unreliable attendance being subcontractors . We also found that if the office knew about the people not coming they didn't seem to think they needed to contact you and often seem a bit off hand when you phoned or emailed to find out what was happening . On the whole I would recommend them for their workmanship but let people know about the issues of not turning up etc.

I recently had 3 units supplied and fitted by TWC. Chris, the installer, was fantastic. At the outset he explained exactly what he was going to do, how long the installations would take and what would happen if any problems were to arise. His work was excellent and the job was completed well within schedule. I would highly recommend Chris for TWC installations

We have a 1930s semi detached and put off scrapping the old windows because the wood frame detail was attractive. Trademark have replaced 3 bay windows and 2 other large windows. We are very pleased that the interior appearance of the UPVC windows has very similar attractive detail, and the external appearance is fine too. Your installers were very clever to take out the old and put in the new with hardly any damage to wallpaper, tiles and a worktop beneath one bay window. We feel that the house is definitely warmer, without draughts, and a more even temperature. Luckily the job was finished before the recent bad gale. The closed windows shut out external noise well. Thank you to Trademark and your skilled fitters on a very good job.

We had 2x new doors and a sliding door fitted by Bon Accord Glass, the quality of the service and product from initial sales discussion to finished installation was first class. Highly recommend Bon Accord Glass.

The whole process was very smooth and the fitting team went above and beyond, even noticing a problem with our front door (which had not been fitted by 5 Star) and staying on to fix it themselves!

From the start to finish helpful friendly and a good job done

We were looking for a new front door, living in Kidderminter and we thought we would give 5 Star Windows a try. Well we had excellent service from start to finish by all the staff envolved with our order and insulation.
The guilty of the door was excellent and with the five thedead locks very secure.
The fitter who fitted our done a excellent job, very tidy and cleaned his mess up as he went along.

I love our new front door. The door was installed on time. Unfortunately, we also ordered some cladding and lighting for the area under our car port. This has now been completed but 2 months after the front door even though we were advised that both pieces of work would be finished around the same time. Despite this, the front door and cladding looks amazing so I am very pleased. Hence the 4 star review.

Trademark supplied and installed some replacement windows and a front door, it was a seamless service throughout; from obtaining the quotation, to having the site surveyed and having the work carried out.
For the door we requested a paddle handle, but we found that as my wife has bad arthritis she found it difficult to use. Trademark changed the handle to another type immediately at no extra charge.
That is what I call customer service

This is the second time I have used WYW, the first time to replace windows & doors and glass roof in my conservatory and this time to replace all my windows in the house. Everything has gone well and so far I am very pleased with the results. The three guys worked really hard and really well. Would use WYW again.
