We are VERY happy indeed with the work County Windows have done for us. From the outset everything was made easy and we were really impressed with your installers who worked so hard and were so pleasant on some of the hottest days days this Summer. Everything was left tidy and the glazing is wonderful. We didn’t know that it would actually have such good insulating properties it KEEPS THE HEAT OUT; a delightful and very unexpected bonus when it was 37 degrees outside.

From quoting to fitting a professional and cheerful service from all involved. Love the new look windows which now blend in with the colour of our brickwork and make our dormer bungalow look pretty and updated. Attention to detail and fitting by the trade team including sorting out any minor fitting issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Phase two of our upgrade will be due to start soon and we will definitely be using 5 Star and their trade team to finish our home.

We heard about Clearview from a TV advert and got in touch with Paul from the Warrington Branch. He came to our house and we talked about what we wanted. He was so lovely and explained the procedure from start to finish, answering all our questions and making sure we were happy with our final decision. Once planning permission was passed the new build was completed within 7 weeks and that included waiting 2 weeks for building materials! The project manager, builders, electricians, plasterers through to the staff at Clearview were very professional and helpful. We are so happy with our extension, it is better than we expected. We have had a very good experience with Clearview and we cannot recommend this company enough.

We were impressed with the Worcester showroom and the products on view so with a 20 year guarantee on offer we signed up and paid deposit. Delivery was quicker than quoted and installation promptly carried out. All looking good. It then took over three weeks before any paperwork including the 20 year guarantee was sent out. To our dismay this does not simply apply to the product but to qualify the original property owner must remain in residence for twenty years. We were informed that "it is non-transferrable as the conduct of the new owner could not be accounted for". Despite a clause stating that "in the event of abuse, misuse, neglect etc., the guarantee would be void". We have been offered "a one-time concession" but remain disappointed feeling compromised.

The process was completely stress free and well managed. From start to finish all steps were handled competently. The fitters, Sean and Dean were particularly pleasant throughout the instillation. They made my children feel super special with their kindness! Well done, Eden Windows.

From meeting the designer, who really seemed to understand what I wanted despite my terrible descriptions, all the way through to the build and all the workmen it was very slick and stress free. Once the build began it was much faster than we expected. Took about a month and a half. They kept us up-to-date the whole way. All the workmen were very tidy and extremely polite. Also sent a cleaning team at the end which was unexpected but very welcome! Would definitely recommend them.
