I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Every workman that came on the job was polite, consciences ,skilled and hard working. We had two porches added to our property. Work started in covid, and after the first rains, we found we had a serious leak in one. they sent people out to look and try to remedy things, but to no avail, but they didn't stop looking. Martin the project manager, went above and beyond, and we eventually discovered the leak was nothing to do with their work but was a window ledge above the porch that was running water into the wall cavity!! Martin took that window in and out three times- trying different fixes before it was successfully sorted- he was under no obligation to do that, as it was our problem not theirs!! Martin, you are a real credit to that company! They then went on to replaster that porch, and the joiner came yesterday to complete the skirting boards- and even cleaned all my sealant up! this visit was followed by two lovely window cleaners who have made both the porches sparkle. I am delighted with my porches, and even though it took a while to complete, there was never a cross word or any question of them not completing, we just had to have a little patience whilst OUR leak (not theirs) was discovered and rectified. I can't remember the names of all the men who have worked on them, but I thank each and every one of you for doing such a wonderful job, and Martin, you're an absolute star!! Thank you

The sales staff are friendly, not pushy. The installers, very professional and courteous. I know lots of people that have used Permaframe and are very happy.

We had new windows and a composite front door installed. There was a few snagging issues, some damage to the plaster under the window sills However we pointed this out and they did correct this prior to leaving. A window was cracked but this was replaced the next day.

I have used Bon Accord twice to replace 19 windows and a door. From the initial sales person coming out before covid, to completion, they have all been superb. The quality of the windows and the door and very good. Delivery time was a bit slow, but that was due to covid for the first lot. And then me catching covid for the second lot. We had a small blip but it was dealt with promptly and the issue corrected with no fuss. I will use them again for any future projects.

This was an excellent all-round experience. Great thanks to the team at Clearview, from the ever-excellent Jonathan to the fitters who came this morning and have done a sterling job. This is now the 4th time we have used Clearview and we can't conceive of the idea of ever asking any other company to do window-fitting work.

Door itself and installation adequate but installation cancelled twice with no reason and short notice. Direct emails to CEO and complaints department ignored.

Used them last year and they were great. However, this year the experience was bad. Zero contact after I agreed the purchase, I had to chase them to take it further. Installation was delayed twice and would have been a 3rd time if I hadn't complained. After installation they left mastic, screws and rubble everywhere, with very little effort to clean up. There were several snags as well.The lady in customer service wasnt particularly polite and no discount was offered despite the bad service. I would not recommend.

I had 4 men turn up way before the time i was given . They were very polite and friendly. They fitted my two bay winds. They had to take out shutters first to fit windows and put shutters back. They left my property clean. Very pleased with there service.

We have just had replacement patio doors carried out by Lee and Ryan. The installation was done quickly and very efficiently at a reasonable price.
As we had used Eden Windows before we knew that we would be well satisfied with the end result.
