The quality of the doors is very good. The service was very disappointing. I have the feeling that my concerns were not listened to. I didnt want a step and was assured it wouldnt be more than 1.8cm. Its now at 3 cm.

Initial sales process and actual installation also...
Initial sales process and actual installation also good. However, whole process was marred by the survey/manufacturer stage. On the first 2 occasions the door was wrong ie opening in and opening out but the wring side. So whole process took 2 months longer than it should and wasted days off.
