Overall, very pleased with the company. However, any problems were not dealt with quickly and we had to wait a couple of months to have a replacement glass panel refitted due to poor service from the glass manufacturer. Communication was not good during this time and hence only 2 stars. However Orion fitted some windows on an earlier occasion and communication was good. Staff and workman always polite and friendly and they got on with the job and we are very happy with the windows and French doors that were fitted.

Had front door installed.
Did not return call when they said they would.
Did not respond to email until phoned about it.
Promised Saturday installation even after being advised of date we could not do. When questioned about installation date were told they don't do Saturdays, then changed story to every other Saturday, and couldn't do any of the ones we were available for.

My conservatory roof was replaced after much dissatisfaction from a previous supplier. What a fantastic result, my conservatory is now warm and usable, it is a pleasure to sit in and relax. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I cannot believe what a difference it has made. Thank you for every thing.

I can highly recommend 5 star windows and conservatories. I initially went into the showroom at the end of Nov. 2014 and can't believe that my new French doors were fitted less than a month later. I had been given 16th Dec. as a fitting date but was pleasantly surprised when there was a cancellation in their work schedule, meaning I could have mine fitted earlier. All of the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and pleasant. The fitters were punctual and cleared away so well, you could hardly tell they had been. I would certainly use this company again.

For fittings and service always to meet their needs not the customer. Forever calling the office to ensure workman would turn up and get it right first time. Office staff not always professional didnt feel I could rely on after service sales.
