I was overall satisfied with quality....
I was overall satisfied with quality. Communication about times of different installs was poor. The unfinished floor was left uncovered and caused a lot of dust and dirt in the house as it took a long time to finally tile up.

Having seen the new Loggia Conservatories on...
Having seen the new Loggia Conservatories on Ultraframe's website we requested more information from them and they directed us to Visual Conservatories.
At the outset we were not very impressed with the salesman, Steve, who forgot which product we were interested in when he arrived, even though we were speaking to him the day before in the showroom and also made one or two other misplaced comments. however we proceeded with the purchase as we were happy with the price and Visual were highly recommended by Ultreframe.
From then onwards we were highly delighted with all aspects of the job, from efficient and polite tradesmen to standard of snagging and ultimately the end product.
Thankyou Visual we love our new conservatory.

Would never go elsewhere! We have had a number of installations by 5 Star , both at our own house and others which we let to tenants and the whole process is actually 6 star ! Why deal with over - marketed national firms whose work leaves much to be desired?

I have used Hazlemere Windows previously for a couple of doors and been very pleased. When I needed all my windows replaced, even though I looked at other companies, I again chose Hazlemere Windows and have not been disappointed. They did a fantastic job and I'm absolutely delighted with the product and the whole look. Even though there were just a couple of issues, they were dealt with promptly. I've been sure to tell my friends Hazlemere Windows can be highly recommended!
