Our experience with West Yorkshire Windows and in particular Mark and Eric (the tradesman who managed the work) has been fantastic. We wanted a garage conversion with a "mini-orangery" on the back (french-doors, a floor to sealing side window and a large skylight). The finished result is superb, we couldn't be happier. The quality of the work is second to none and many people have commented that you wouldn't even know the room used to be a garage. The work was completed in less than a month which in itself is impressive. I work from home so got to see the whole process unfold. Every tradesman (plumber, builder, roofer, electrician) was professional, punctual and worked to a high standard. I just kept the tea and coffee flowing. I'd like to say a particularly big thank you to Mark who really went above and beyond for us. He's clearly a man who cares about his work and we feel luck to have had him work on our home.

I was overall satisfied with quality. Communication about times of different installs was poor. The unfinished floor was left uncovered and caused a lot of dust and dirt in the house as it took a long time to finally tile up.

My requirements were discussed and suggestions on how they could be improved were talked through stronger main door - a different way of opening the bathroom window. Very pleased with the transformation.

It was very unfortunate that during our build the construction team had some serious accidents which did cause us some problems but all got sorted and very happy.

Having seen the new Loggia Conservatories on Ultraframe's website we requested more information from them and they directed us to Visual Conservatories. At the outset we were not very impressed with the salesman, Steve, who forgot which product we were interested in when he arrived, even though we were speaking to him the day before in the showroom and also made one or two other misplaced comments. however we proceeded with the purchase as we were happy with the price and Visual were highly recommended by Ultreframe. From then onwards we were highly delighted with all aspects of the job, from efficient and polite tradesmen to standard of snagging and ultimately the end product. Thankyou Visual we love our new conservatory.

Would never go elsewhere! We have had a number of installations by 5 Star , both at our own house and others which we let to tenants and the whole process is actually 6 star ! Why deal with over - marketed national firms whose work leaves much to be desired?
