Only punctuality issue was brickwork. Everything else was good or excellent, special thanks to the plasterer.

Quality control on completion non existent. Manager/Director difficult to contact. Had to demand meeting to discuss defects/Quality. Poor attitude.

Left a lot of mess as they were rushing to do another job understandable but a shame as I am disabled and found it hard to clear up.

Finally we moved to a house which would accommodate a conservatory - something we had wanted for years. Our conservatory was completed a couple of weeks ago and we are over the moon with it. The design enhances our house and really makes the most of our garden and views - a major reason for purchasing our home in the first place. We chose a large 4m x 4m Edwardian design with sliding doors leading into the garden. From our initial contact through to signing off we have been impressed with the service received and all dealings with Planet Home Improvements. All the workmen arrived punctually and they were very approachable and friendly throughout. Every evening the site was tidied before they left and the continuation between trades was good. The quality of the conservatory is superb and the whole extension feels like a high quality addition to our home. It has fast become the most used room in our house and even at night becomes a very inviting space to relax and unwind together with added ambience provided by the lighting.

A very good professional job couldn't be more pleased
