Very pleased with the installation. Fitting went ahead on the agreed date. Well fitted. The windows make a great difference to the warmth of the house which I hope to see reflected in my energy bills.

We had front and back doors replaced by composite...
We had front and back doors replaced by composite doors by visual conservatories and we are very pleased with them. When we went to the showroom they explained and showed us what was considered the best doors. 3 weeks later they rang and arranged fitting, they were fitted in one day by excellent fitters without any mess. The house especially the kitchen is lighter and we now have less drafts and higher security.

Very pleased with all aspects of work from start to finish.
Mick & Paddy who did the base work and fitters Gaviin & co , Anton electrician, & Danny the tiler were all great guys , very polite and helpful , nothing was too much trouble . Will definitely recommend West Yorkshire Windows

No overlap left on sill to patio door sill...
No overlap left on sill to patio door sill replaced but not a single apology! Colin Mccabe should have at the very minimum called to discuss and apologise but there was nothing! Decorators caulk used on the exterior - still wet after 2 weeks!

Many problems, due to sloppy work, requiring 4 follow up visits. - Not very cost effective. If the work had been done and checked thoroughly at installation.
