Downsides = Fitting of inner beading ( poor) gaps...
Downsides = Fitting of inner beading ( poor) gaps all over. Rust stains on block brick driveway from skip! Notice other firms use a cover.

All staff most helpful.
Our installers were most considerate & helpful & worked very hard. Was worried that they did not at all for a break & drank their teas/coffees when they could. However this did not effect their efficiency!
Altogether a very satisfactory experience.
We also had our porch done.
