Initially was disappointed that the door was incomplete on delivery ie knocker & spy hole missing. However once rectified i am delighted with the complete product.

All staff most helpful.
Our installers were most considerate & helpful & worked very hard. Was worried that they did not at all for a break & drank their teas/coffees when they could. However this did not effect their efficiency!
Altogether a very satisfactory experience.
We also had our porch done.

Impressed by most aspects of the service provided and very pleased with the finished product. Big projects in your own home are always unsettling but the impact was minimised by a considerate and careful crew. Very satisfied.
