From the time we entered the showroom, the service was excellent. Everything was explained and we had a visit at home also to complete paperwork etc. The staff are very friendly and on hand if you need further assistance. We are very pleased with the new front door we have had fitted. We were that impressed with 5 Star Windows and Conservatories, we are having a new conservatory roof fitted by them next year!

Excellent service, slight delay in getting installation date, probably due to weather putting other work behind schedule.

We had a considerable amount of work done at our house. Eden's two fitters Paul and Lee arrived on time every day and treated the house with the uttermost respect. Their work was just impeccable and all I can say is Eden Windows should be so proud of having two men like themselves working for them. Overall would highly recommend them and the windows are of excellent quality and have transformed the appearance of the house. Definitely a ten out a ten all round

We were advised when we signed the contract, that West Yorkshire Windows would manage the whole project, including the various sub-contractors involved in the installation. This was poorly organised and in most cases we had to deal with the sub-contractors directly to arrange dates and access The quote for additional landscaping we requested was too low, according to the builders, who were committed to carrying out this work, as they had not been involved in producing the quote. Once the work was started, no attempt to discuss this on site with us and the builders was made by West Yorkshire Windows to address this. We did receive several phone calls requesting us to release more funds to cover the shortfall, which we did do, but it would have been far more constructive to have met up with us and the builders onsite to discuss this and agree a solution Overall we are very happy with the end result and the quality of the whole package, but not very happy about the communication and organisation during the installation

Great fast response with a quote etc. Great salesman and fast turn around. However the quality of the fitting and the customer service at times (customer interaction) do not match this standard. Following the fitting some problems have become obvious. The fitting let the team down.

This is our second door install from this company and would definetly recommend their service, products and workmanship
