Paul in the showroom was fantastic to deal with. Even when we kept changing our mind about what we wanted he was patient and always happy to help. He showed us the different choices of windows and advised us perfectly without pushing us in one way or another. There were no pushy sales tactics at all which is partly why we chose Orion over other companies!! The window fitters were polite and professional and did a fantastic job- very neat. I really appreciated Jeff's daily telephone calls to check how the installation was going. I would definitely recommend Orion Windows to anyone.

Overall Excellent Service

Very pleased with the overall experience of staff,information via post which backed up conversations and adds ons discussed either by phone or live in the showroom. To date we have only completed the roofline work and are about to start work on a replacement conservatory. Providing the standard of work/contact remains the same we will be delighted. My husband has worked in the building industry all his working life and we were sceptical of standards prior to work commencing however without cause! The work was carried out efficiently and the guys were extremely polite. My only criticism is the way you set out the statements of finance. I feel they could be a little clearer eg Total cost deposit paid & balance owing. I just hope that the conservatory is done as well as the roofline work. This starts on 4 January and I've already had the builder here to assess ground conditions followed today with a call to give further information. Couldn't be better!! Keep up the good work Clearview I would definitely recommend you.
