Had to get stroppy with orion windows initially as no one returned our calls at least four times and nearly lost our contract because of it. After that they were very good by keeping us informed and were reliable. Doing a very good job overall.

The start date was 17th October and we were told 3 days to erect. Because of poor workmanship , many remedial visits were necessary, the final one being 3 weeks ago. As a result the conservatory is still not finished. It has caused us a lot of stress.

Clearview products are excellent quality, we think a misunderstanding as we stated we didn't want to see through. And with the lovely glass pattern, you can see straight into our lounge, so we have had to cover in a film on inside, which spoils it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company right from original survey and quotation to final completion. The jobbing staff were very efficient and polite and considerate and obviously took pride in their work all of which was superb.
I am extremely pleased with the completed conservatory which will fulfill our needs and I can highly recommend Amber Home Improvements.
