Excellent service and quality from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden to anyone thinking of replacing their conservatory roof. Professional staff who left no trace (other than a fantastic new roof!).

We are absolutely delighted with our garden room...
We are absolutely delighted with our garden room extension. All the tradesmen were really polite, hard working, tidy and on time. Can't fault any of them. Overall experience very good although in the beginning a couple of calls I made to check start date were not returned and the reaction to one call asking for confirmation of start date was a little off-hand, the lady I spoke to being reluctant to commit to a date even though it was only a few days away. Later on we had a couple of blips in communication which I have already discussed with you. But would certainly recommend your company to others and the overall quality is superb.

We had the roof of our conservatory updated to a solid roof - our conservatory was quite a large 'P' shape, they also put a stud wall inside to split into two rooms and exchanged the windows on one side to a solid wall, so we have a study one side and a smaller conservatory the other. They also replaced a French door between our lounge and conservatory and installed new windows in two bedrooms.
We had an excellent experience from our initial contact until the final tradesman finished. Everyone was very helpful, polite and they always cleared up at the end of each day.
We are extremely pleased with our new rooms and it was a good decision to go ahead with this. Worth the expense and a few weeks of upheaval. I definitely recommend this work to friends and family and would use Permaframe again the future.

Have used Trademark for many years now, in different properties, carrying out different tasks. Have always been impressed by the organisations professionalism , no matter what member of the team I have had to deal with. Probably not the cheapest on the market but for a quality product and to feel happy with all the different trades used I will always choose Trademark over other competitors. Great value for money.

Whilst I am happy with the finished roof it took...
Whilst I am happy with the finished roof it took much longer to complete than we were initially led to believe and during the process there was no contact at all from the contractor without us contacting them first.
All of the installation team were efficient, hard working and punctual but they were not as tidy as we would have liked in leaving the job. I am concerned that they removed the insulation from the two central box gutters but have been assured this will not cause a problem.
