Now completed looks good + enjoying using. Only...
Now completed looks good + enjoying using. Only complaint was insufficient communication when hitches encountered. Not impressed with stone wall building team.

Door fitting. Needed NEW door to keep our little 3 yo Houdini safely inside Luke was very understanding as we needed door fitted asap & showed us a range of doors to suit our requirements, he was very polite & thorough. We chose our door & it was fitted in 3-4 weeks by a professional fitter who was clean & precise with his working. We are OVER the moon with our door & ARE glad we chose 5* our son not so much as he can't get out & wander the streets when we're not looking lol definitely recommend, infact we will be utilising them again VERY soon to fit my mothers lovely new windows. poor communication experienced from back office...
poor communication experienced from back office admin staff. In every other respect the workmanship courtesy and punctuality of all we had contact with was outstanding.

Speed of construction was more important to the company than quality, in my opinion the concrete base was not to specification provided and had be be levelled by myself.

My roof was replaced in one day - the installers...
My roof was replaced in one day - the installers worked very hard on an extremely hot day and stayed late to complete. They were very tidy and the overall finish was very good.

Disastrous from start to end. 2-week job turned...
Disastrous from start to end. 2-week job turned into 3 months by management incompetence - no communication, lack of promise-keeping,errors in design. Ruined our summer!
