We shopped around until we found a Company that we felt happy with. We knew roughly what we wanted and 5 Star made it happen. We wanted a conservatory that was going to be part of our home and not just another room to close off and only use occasionally and that is exactly what we now have, another room that is so inviting.
The service and workmanship are first class and the teams that arrive at your home are so friendly and polite and very punctual.
It was first class service from start to finish and I highly recommend the Company. I would like to say a big thank you to the 5 Star team because that is what they are - a first class team.

Ordered Bi-fold doors, Extremely Professional and very knowledgeable builders, Plasterer and Fitters, all absolutely excellent, would highly recommend Amber and have done so already! Builders arrived, Removed old door and window, wall knocked out, lintel fitted, wall rebuilt, Bi-fold doors fitted , all within the day, superb!

I decided to contact Premier Windows after...
I decided to contact Premier Windows after recommendations from friends. I was was pleased to learn that they had been in business for a number of years........that appealed straight away.
I organized an appointement for someone to come out and see me to discuss replacing my three sash windows. After the initial contact a surveyor was sent out to see me to discuss my designs. He was very patient, and professional and after various discussions and drawings I was finally happy to go ahead!!!
All the workmen were lovely, friendly and helpful. At every point they made sure I was happy with everything. At the end of the day they tidied up ready for the next day.
I have had many people stop and talk to me asking "Who did your windows?". I went for the PVC grained effect as it was a cheaper option... but they look like wood .... perfect for an old victorian house.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Windows ... Thanks to all the team for their hard work.

Now completed looks good + enjoying using. Only complaint was insufficient communication when hitches encountered. Not impressed with stone wall building team.

Door fitting. Needed NEW door to keep our little 3 yo Houdini safely inside Luke was very understanding as we needed door fitted asap & showed us a range of doors to suit our requirements, he was very polite & thorough. We chose our door & it was fitted in 3-4 weeks by a professional fitter who was clean & precise with his working. We are OVER the moon with our door & ARE glad we chose 5* our son not so much as he can't get out & wander the streets when we're not looking lol definitely recommend, infact we will be utilising them again VERY soon to fit my mothers lovely new windows. Many thanks to 5* xx
