Insulation guys didn't put sealant around...
Insulation guys didn't put sealant around joins. Had to ask for it to be done. Then still missed some. All ok now.

The process of replacing our full set of windows...
The process of replacing our full set of windows in our 3 story house was done professionally and smoothly. The quality of the product we now have is outstanding. I was very impressed that during installation there was no fuss and the house was left very tidy. Because our house is listed we had worries about adding the windows we wanted, but Mitchells did all the hard work in sorting out the best options open to us with both ourselves and the council. Great job - all our new frontage makes the house look like a new home.

We have never lived in a property with double...
We have never lived in a property with double glazing. It has been on our wish list for our current home since we moved in 17years ago. So, when the opportunity arose that allowed us to enquire about getting the doors and windows double glazed we phoned Mitchell Glass as we wanted local tradesmen.
It proved to have been the right choice. The staff have all been brilliant from start to finish. Cannot fault anything and Mitchell Glass dealt with the planning permission as we live in a conservation area which made the whole painless! We love our windows and doors, the house has had new life breathed into it whilst retaining its Victorian roots. Having two youngsters with complex additional needs the windows have provided peace of mind with regards to their safety, no need to nail the windows shut!
