Our initial contact in the salesroom was an important factor in our decision to go ahead with Visual. Steve Cooper was genuine, knowledgeable of his product and accommodating of all our requirements.
After a slightly bumpy start with the initial building work, the process restarted and moved at a steady pace. However, once the base had been laid, the framework, electrics, plastering and flooring moved swiftly, smoothly and very accurately. The workmanship and quality of the whole work carried out by each tradesman was outstanding. The project managers at Visual always kept us informed and were always on hand to answer any of our queries in a friendly manner.
The finished product has gone beyond our expectations and we are very much enjoying our new relaxing facility.

had to make 3 visits to replace door handle. glass...
had to make 3 visits to replace door handle. glass pattern on 2 windows wrong. had to come back to replace. pushed for payment but guarantee not sent until a month later.

Nice quality, sales team good. Installers let product down. Late both days, untidy, had to get someone back to adjust door and repair scratches to frames.
