We are really happy with the result of our new conservatory, from the initial advisor to completion. The installers worked so hard and to a high quality. Our only ask would have been that the timing of the works had been correctly assessed. As there was much overrun, the installers were sent to other jobs leaving us with a project that took longer to complete with days when no further work undertaken. However, delighted with end result and well worth any issues. Much appreciated

The whole project was hassle free with good service and communication. The contractors were polite, tidy, well mannered and did a very good job. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end result.

The project was to replace a 25 year old timber conservatory with a new Conservatory/Sun room, slightly larger than the existing structure, with a solid roof. The initial meeting with the sales advisor was relaxed and very professional and we never felt under any pressure to opt for a quick decision, as compared to some other competitors we met. The design process gave us the opportunity to include our own thoughts and we were offered various options of structure/materials/finish to achieve the desired outcome and to meet our budget. We visited the showroom to view the products and this greatly helped in the decision making. We received regular copies of the project drawings with clear and helpful explanations of any changes. After the anticipated time period for local authority approval, work commenced on time and was a well organised and very tidy process. All staff involved were very polite and explained the ongoing work and advised when dust and noise could be expected. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day. The completed project is everything we expected, the materials are of excellent quality and we are particularly pleased with the solid roof structure/finish which keeps our south facing building cool and comfortable during sunny days. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mitchell Glass to any prospective customers.

Poor communication, sales team forgot to tell surveyor to see us and so we had to chase it up causing problems with our kitchen refurb tradesmen. Plasterers work very poor, fitters for front door CBA to ensure job done to a decent standard = rushing to get another job as our fitting had been "dumped" on them last minute due to the product not being ready from manufacturer.

Our conservatory was larger than the norm and presented some challenges in design and work. i was particularly impressed by each of the workmen in turn as they took a real interest in not only the work they did but also in how it would look when finished, advised us accordingly and did their very best. From Eric who did the design and was painstaking in his attention to detail, through Lee( who did the base and of whom I cannot speak highly enough), Chris and Jim, Ian the electrician, Danny the tiler, Danny the plasterer to Jeremy who finished the project. Thank you so much, all of you, and Peter who did all the organisation. There were a couple of glitches but a lot fewer than I expected in a project of this size. Choosing a company to do a job like this is always a headache but I believe that we have had our choice vindicated and we are delighted with our new conservatory. I look forward to many years of comfort!
