The salesman didn't explain his drawings on...
The salesman didn't explain his drawings on the order contract, so we didn't realise that one of the windows had been ordered incorrectly ( top hinge should of been sidehinge). The company were very proactive in resolving the issue so overall a good experience.

Initial visit was on lesser-experienced rep. I offered a design, which was not queried. On visit to s/room a manager passed eyes on conversation and he visited - redid design and from that all was excellent.

Initially I was informed it would take two days to complete. It actually took three. The fitters were surprised we had been told it would only take two days.
