The salesman didn't explain his drawings on...
The salesman didn't explain his drawings on the order contract, so we didn't realise that one of the windows had been ordered incorrectly ( top hinge should of been sidehinge). The company were very proactive in resolving the issue so overall a good experience.

Initial visit was on lesser-experienced rep. I offered a design, which was not queried. On visit to s/room a manager passed eyes on conversation and he visited - redid design and from that all was excellent.

The project is a new build extension to the rear of a bungalow, I am the project manger, I visited several D/G outlets before visiting Orion Windows Ltd, having explained my requirements I was shown examples of the windows and doors I was looking for and it was the quality of the product, the professionalism of the staff I was dealing with and value for money that made me choose this company, and I might add that the installation team were just as professional in their manner and work.
