The reason I gave low score for communication is because there was no contact from customer service until after installation and a date was given for new replacement glass unit, and then there was some confusion over the time, no contact about the 1st day of fitting delay over parts not on vehicle.

Service was excellent throughout, from the minute we went into the showroom to the fitter putting in the door.

We had new black windows fitted at the beginning of October. We love our black windows the quality is really good and they look brilliant. The fitters were were committed to making a good job.They were reliable, hard working, polite and even did a good job cleaning the windows after fitting. We did have a long wait t rectify a problem but this is now done and we are thoroughly satisfied with the end product.

Great service but some defects with the frame and glazing. Very good service in getting the issues resolved to our satisfaction. Good aftercare.

Excellent workmanship. Nice and friendly to deal with as a whole. The only problems we had were poor communication between office & installation staff, causing more than a few problems & delays. Overall a very good professional job, therefore we have ordered further work to be done in the new year.

Very pleased with overall service and regular contact from showroom. All appointments were kept and punctual.

The Amber staff are polite and professional, not pushy. They only tell you what you want and need to know. Windows look great so far, very pleased.
