The reason I gave low score for communication is...
The reason I gave low score for communication is because there was no contact from customer service until after installation and a date was given for new replacement glass unit, and then there was some confusion over the time, no contact about the 1st day of fitting delay over parts not on vehicle.

We had new black windows fitted at the beginning...
We had new black windows fitted at the beginning of October.
We love our black windows the quality is really good
and they look brilliant.
The fitters were were committed to making a good job.They were reliable, hard working, polite and even did a good job cleaning the windows after fitting.
We did have a long wait t rectify a problem but this is now done and we are thoroughly satisfied with the end product.

Great service but some defects with the frame and glazing. Very good service in getting the issues resolved to our satisfaction. Good aftercare.
