During the process of having our windows, doors, and porch carried out, the workmen at Bon Accord treated our house with great respect. They were extremely clean and tidy and caused hardly any disruption to the household while they were here. All communications were polite and helpful when we asked any questions. All promises regarding the quality of the work, the reliability of the workmen, and the aftersales have been thoroughly adhered to. I would recommend Bon Accord to anyone looking to improve their home .

THE BEST FIRM I HAVE DEALT WITH ALL THE GROUND WORK TO THE ERECTION WAS FIRST CLASS,UNFORTUNATELY BEFORE THEY COULD PUT THE FLOOR DOWN WE HAD A FLOOD AND WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR 9 WEEKS,VISUAL SAID NOT TO WORRY AS THEY WOULD FINNISH THE JOB WHEN WE MOVED BACK HOME THEY PUT THE FLOOR IN THE CONSERVATORY AND ALSO THE SAME LAMINATE FLOOR IN OUR KITCHEN ALL THE WORK IS FIRST CLASS AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER EACH JOB,WE CAN ONLY SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL AT MIRFIELD BRANCH THANK YOU ALL -GEOFF&BRENDA

Very poor communication between trades +...
Very poor communication between trades + ourselves. No time line given. Felt tasks/ jobs were rushed at times leaving small detail touch-ups. We're very pleased with our orangery but this was let down by sub-contractors.
