We were extremely impressed with all aspects of the company. At one point there was a slight problem due to the size of the door and window opening but they immediately responded and resolved the problem within a couple of days to a very high quality. We would definitely recommend them to others and in fact will be using them again

Good sales representative who was able to explain products and give me a good quote. Fitting date was given very quickly which was great. On the installation day it appeared to go well with pleasant workmen fitting it. However, have had a few issues with the door leaking water so engineers have had to come out and fix the issue 3 times. Each time they came out they had to fix different things. Predominately sufficient sealing, draining holes needed to be drilled out etc.
Appears ok now. Permaframe were apologetic and dealt with my problems swiftly.
Overall I’d say I was happy.

Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit...
Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit doors, sealing strips and put in external insulation around frames. Vents ordered but not manufactured. Door handles wrong colour. One of the sealed units has a foreign body between the glass panes and is in the process of being replaced.
We were highly recommended to your firm and it's sad that an excellent product and service has been let down by not following manufacturing quality control and mediocre fitting. This has left us very disappointed in your company

Great service from start to finish. 2nd time we have used Amber and the result was amazing. Really really pleased. All the workmen were polite and took the time to explain the process (I like to ask questions). All great.
