I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am...
I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am with the windows and door fitted last week. The units themselves are well made and have improved both the look and comfort of the property, exceeding my expectations. As you know, the weather last week was very challenging to say the least. Special thanks must go to Jim for persisting with the installation. This in spite of snow and wind chill, at time of -11C. Jim also rose to the challenges presented due to the poor installation of the previous windows. Jim's very professional approach has produced a brilliant result. Thank you very much, I would not hesitate to recommend County to anyone.
