The satisfaction rate for this installation was running at 100% until the tiler needed to do their part of the job. The erection crew were very efficient and courteous in dismantling the old conservatory and erecting the new, even working in a heavy down pour of rain. However, the tiler cancelled two appointments and on the third pointed out that some of the original floor had rotted and needed to be replaced. (obviously not their fault), However this information apparently was not relayed back to the Clearview Office. It was only after I called the office and spoke to David Liptrott that the programme got back on track again. There also appeared to be some confusion in the continuity of jobs i.e. the final cleaning man turned up before the tiles were laid and before the snagging man started his jobs. He was able to cancel the snagging that was due in that day. After all that, the job has been completed with the tiler having done a very good job I am happy to award you 95% satisfaction.

Sales aspect was good but overall performance would be improved by better project management and communication of requirements to all tradesmen

Existing kitchen window removal and bi-fold door installation. Service provided by Orion windows was great, from the sales person through to the fitters and follow on trades. Only real issue was that the bi fold frame was delivered in a repaired condition and this has to be replaced at a later date which caused us a two week period where the works were not completed: not really impressed by this, but Orion resolved it without an issue and we are really pleased with the finished result.
