Installation was done over half days. Savings on installation to the customer could be made if full day were worked.

Quality product at a reasonable price. Our fitters were all very polite, worked hard and communicated well. Follow up issues were completed without fuss leaving us very happy with Eden. Thank you very much Graham and Martin in particular.

The process of ordering the windows and doors was 5 star the fitting was also 5star the fitters were very pleasant and their tidiness was excellent. The down fall was the front door, which did not arrive to be fitted with everything else as ordered. The fitters explained they did not have the door and could not explain why it was not with the rest of our order and unfortunately no one from the office had been in contact to explained the situation until 3 day later we phoned ourselves. It would only have taken a phone call to let us know that the door would be fitted a little later and that would have been fine. During the conversation we where very rudely told that we already had a front door so it didn't matter that the new door had not arrived and as soon as the new door arrived they would let us know when it would be fitted. We did not think that this was very professional and some what let the company down which was very unfortunate after great service from the rep and fitters.
