Staff were punctual, polite, tidy and skilled. After an initial problem with email address everything was handled smoothly and helpfully. Any minor problems were handled promptly and efficiently.

Very pleased with the windows, but sales advisors...
Very pleased with the windows, but sales advisors could be better. No offer of buy now pay later until I asked. Sales staff rang three times chasing payment.

Excellent job from start to finish from the plans...
Excellent job from start to finish from the plans to the finished job we ended up with a TV Room which is all we wanted. Good job with great workforce. Would recommend to anybody thinking of a small or large extension and would definitely use Bon Accord Glass again. Thanks for all your work.

I recently got Bon Accord to fit new windows and doors at my house and the whole process from start to finish was brilliant - from the initial appointment with Richard through to installation by Dave and Jim, everything was first class.

Right from the start the sales rep explained l could have the windows and doors l wanted the colour choice to style ,so l did and l am very happy with the style colour of both the windows and doors price was fair and worth it for service and goods
installation the two man team l had where with no exaggeration excellent they installed my windows and doors quickly and the finished product was excellent
they also had to work around the trades who were laying my flooring at the same time and they accomplished this with ease

First contact with salesman he understood what I needed and on first visit to measure up I felt reassured that I was making the right decision. He was not pushy but confident in his product. There was a slight delay in completing because of lack of scaffolding but the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. Three windows had the wrong trims but again the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. The team fitting the windows did an excellent job, worked hard and took a pride in their work. They cleared up when finished and were friendly and considerate throughout. Overall I am delighted with my new windows, they have transformed my flat looking modern and easy to clean (second floor). I would have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass.
