In the midst of COVID-19 lockdown having looked at...
In the midst of COVID-19 lockdown having looked at my existing dining room door a lot...I decided I wanted to get new French doors for the room. So as soon as things were open at the beginning of June I called and asked for a quote - a sales person came out to talk over the options/colours etc. once agreed, we had a joiner out to do full measurements a few days later - then I got a call to say they would be able to fit on the 17th July. 2 fitters arrived at 8 am as agreed and were gone by 10.35 with no mess, no waste - leaving me with lovely new doors.
From start to finish the service was spot on, polite, friendly and efficient from all the people I spoke with and were involved I know it is only a little project but it has made a huge difference to my dining room and I am delighted. Thank you.

The biggest disappointment with 5 Star is their office communication even accepting the installation was put on hold due to Covid 19 the update from the operations department was a shambles. So bad I even drafted an email letter for them to simp!y fill in a few dates and return back. I never felt I was the customer and received a 1 star service whilst my orangerie was left unfinished. To many times I had to initiate contact and was let down on most occasions. Not a good experience, although the contractors did a good job this was a very stressful time caused mainly by the office contact so unless this is considerably improved I could not recommend 5 Star.
